A. Admission Policy
Age Criteria

  • Admission is based on the age eligibility as per guidelines issued by the education board for each grade.

Admission Procedure

  • Interested parents must fill out the admission form (online/offline) and participate in an interaction or entrance test (if applicable).

Required Documents

  • Transfer certificate (if applicable)

Reservation (if any)

  • Reservation is provided as per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Disabled candidates).

B. Attendance & Leave Policy

Late Arrivals

  • Students arriving late more than 3 times in a month will require a parental explanation.

Leave Application Process

  • Leave must be applied in writing or via email, preferably one day in advance.
  • For medical leave extending beyond 3 days, a doctor’s certificate is required.

Minimum Attendance Requirement

  • A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for promotion and to appear in final exams.

C. Discipline Policy

Expected Behavior

  • Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior, follow class rules, wear the proper uniform, and treat peers and staff with courtesy.

Consequences for Misconduct

  • Verbal warnings, written notices, detention, suspension, or expulsion (in severe cases), depending on the nature of the misconduct.

D. Assessment & Examination Policy

Evaluation Pattern

  • The school follows a continuous and comprehensive evaluation system including class tests, projects, assignments, and term-end examinations.

Promotion Criteria

  • Students must pass all core subjects and meet the minimum attendance requirement to be promoted to the next grade.

Re-Examination Rules

  • Re-examinations are allowed only on medical grounds or under exceptional circumstances, with prior approval.

Internal Assessment Norms

F. Safety & Child Protection Policy
